Former U.S. President Donald Trump has formally announced the 2024 presidential bid. In his speech, Trump also blasted multiple policy failures of the Biden administration. Mr. Biden responded quickly on a social media, posting that "Donald Trump failed America," with a video compilation pointing out alleged failures in the Trump administration.
