The National Supercomputing Center in Xi'an has been approved to be established in 2021.It is situated in Qin Chuang Yuan Platform's Aerospace Advanced Computing Science and Technology Park in the Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base, covering a total construction area of 65,000 sqm. The center is dedicated to conducting multidisciplinary scientific research for advanced computing and providing public computing services through cutting-edge computing infrastructure.. In addition, the center is rooted in Shaanxi Province and strives to serve the development of the northwestern region of China. It seeks to address the dearth of large-scale computing facilities in northwest China and serve the demands of the Belt and Road Initiative. Moreover, its mission is to drive scientific and technological innovation while promoting the development of the digital economy.
