The Aerospace Software Science and Technology Park of Qin Chuang Yuan Platform, which is being constructed by the Silk Road Intelligent Valley Group (SRIV) at Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base, is situated at the southeast corner of the intersection of Shenzhou Sixth Road and Hangteng Road. The industrial park covers an area of 98 mu, with a total construction area reaching 280,000 sqm. The park is also designed to accommodate 980 parking spots paces. The construction work began in 2021 and is expected to reach completion in 2023.

The Aerospace Software Science and Technology Park is a project that aims to leverage the power of the Internet of Things and aerospace. Boasting an array of 11 buildings, ranging from R&D offices to high-rise and multi-layered workshops, as well as canteens, this project is to enhance the integration of industrialization and informatization among enterprises. Additionally, it is dedicated to establishing areas for R&D and production, as well as comprehensive supporting facilities, with the objective of reinforcing collaboration between industrialization and informatization, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading. In the times ahead, it will serve as a cutting-edge science and technology park that integrates R&D, pilot-scale experiments, and production.

The industrial park comprises of a total of 11 buildings, among which two are designed for business offices and have a monthly rent of CNY 45/sqm. Additionally, there are three single buildings that serve as  enterprise headquarters, with each having a monthly rent of CNY 45/sqm. The price of the two standard workshops is CNY 8,700/sqm while the monthly rent of the three high-rise workshops is CNY 38/sqm. The last one is for canteens.
