Benin, known as the top cotton producer in Africa, holds great potential for growth in its cotton industry. According to Peng Pan, POWERCHINA's Benin representative, the construction of the Benin Cotton Road project commenced in August 2021. The company aims to build a prominent "scenic line" in northern Benin, providing a lifeline to the cotton industry and a road to happiness for the local population.
