The conference demanded exceptionally high power supply reliability, covering 51 key areas including the main venue, breakout sessions, and core hotels. State Grid Wuhan Power Supply Company established a leadership team, signed safety responsibilities agreements to clarify ownership and duties, and developed a tailored power assurance plan to maintain grid stability during the event.

In total, State Grid Wuhan Power Supply Company deployed 1,011 personnel to conduct full inspections of 80 distribution lines, 34 substations, and 52 transmission lines. For critical sites, user-side electrical checks and dedicated line patrols were performed, with customized power protection plans for each facility.
