China-Friendly Netizens Visit Changchun: Feel the innovative power of Changchun's Technology Praise the speed of Changchun's development

The activity of “Hello World I’m Jilin-2018 China-friendly netizens in Jilin” held by Office of Jilin Cyberspace Administration was officially launched on November 11. Nine China-friendly netizens from America, Australis, Bangladesh, France, Indonesia, Korea, Thailand and Ukraine visited CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd, Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd and Changchun Urban Rural and Planning Exhibition Center to know about Jilin’s planning guidelines of the integration into “Belt and Road” construction and Changchun’s development during these 40 years of reform and opening-up. Feel the charm of Changchun’s technology, and marvel at the speed of Changchun’s development as well.

CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd (“CRRC Changchun”) was founded in March, 2002, grew out of Changchun Passenger Car Works which was established in 1954. Now, CRRC Changchun is the world-class research and development base of railway carriage and urban rail vehicle, also the cradle of China subway. Till now, CRRC Changchun has conduct its business in Iran, Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and some other “Belt and Road” countries and regions. It has become a unique card of Jilin.

In CRRC Changchun, the professor from Australia Deakin University, Digby James Wren said, “I saw a complete and advanced technical standard system here, the developmental level of Changchun’s technology has ranked the world. That’s awesome, Changchun’s a really magic city.”

China-friendly netizens also explored “Jilin 1” satellite to feel the charm of technology when they visited Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd.

Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd is the first commercial remote sensing satellite company, the launching of “Jilin 1” satellite, which was independently researched and manufactured by the company, created lots of “the first one “in the history of China space activities. It not only discovered the thoughts and management mode of scientific and technological transformation in the aerospace sector, but also kicked “moonlet +” development off.

“Jilin 1” is the first commercial high resolution remote sensing satellite, and the first satellite named by the name of province in China.

The staff here introduced that the major duty of “Jilin 1”is providing remote sensing data and products service for government and industry users. As the important remote sensing satellite constellation, there are ten satellites are working in the track around “Jilin 1“ satellite with diverse data and rich modes. They can get the information from ground，steady state objects and dynamic targets to reach the effect of “World is imminent”.

“Jilin 1” satellite has brought Jilin’s economy into a new platform for development, it also pushes the development of carbon fiber and precision machining. So it’s new strategic industry which supports Jilin’s development.

Bangladeshi photographer, Mostak Ahmed said that, “These satellites show the great technological achievements during these 40 years of reform and opening-up. China’s economy and technology are flourishing, there are so much things make me intrigued in China.”

Changchun Urban Rural and Panning Exhibition Center shows Changchun in three perspectives such as urban development history, urban scientific planning, urban future exploration. The exhibition space is divided into three layers to respectively strengthen the exhibition theme as “history and humanity, intellect development and green livability”. The demonstration content is mainly divided into reading history of Changchun, constructing a regional center city in Northeast Asia, pushing forward the construction of ecological civilization and probing into the future of the city (there are 22 exhibition areas).

China-friendly netizens watched the development process of Changchun’s history in historical exhibition center. “The culture and history impressed me deeply, it restored Changchun’s history by modern technology. I feel the rapid development of this city through the visiting. Which leaves me the deepest impression is the shape design of exhibition center. I’m very interested in architecture, I always thought that Chinese architectures is famous for Bird’s Nest. Unexpectedly, I can see such a beautiful architecture in Changchun, I’m really surprised.” French tourism expert, Yann said.

“Changchun Urban Rural and Panning Exhibition Center is really good and shocking. Technology has been a new card of Changchun, it’s a magical city.” the professor from Australia Deakin University, Digby James Wren said after visiting Changchun Urban Rural and Panning Exhibition Center.

The trip on November 11 made China-friendly netizens feel amazed. Changchun bears the long history, meanwhile it also breeds scientific and technological achievements. Nowadays, Changchun is striding forward to a better future.
