American Photographer Chad Case: Recording the Great Moments of Jilin by Camera

I arrived in Changchun at midnight on November 9 after traveling for 30 hours from the United States and happy to be greeted by the smiling faces. As we made our way from the airport to the city it seemed like a scene from the motion picture Blade Runner with a slight fog and towering buildings with lights. After a good nights rest, I walked around the streets from my hotel and enjoyed interacting with the Chinese people. At night on November 10, we had a very welcoming reception at the opening ceremonies and learned more about the Jilin province. 

We've visited some places here, including CRRC Changchun, Changguang Satellite and Changchun urban and rural planning exhibition center. I was impressed by these spots. My favorite was the Satellite building that felt as though we were on a space ship. I also really enjoyed photographing the beautiful architecture of the Planning and Development Building.
