Yupai Costume originated in the 1980s. Because of its bold design, fashionable style and excellent workmanship, it has quickly been sought after by merchants all over China. In 2008, a number of outstanding Chongqing local apparel companies were integrated and registered the Yupai Costume trademark. In order to guide the healthy development of the clothing industry, in the same year, the Yupai Costume Association was established.

In recent years, e-commerce has seized the clothing market and market competition has intensified. In order to break through the sales dilemma, the Yupai Costume Association began to lead the transformation and upgrading of the school. Every year, the Association organizes companies to visit China’s Hong Kong, Seoul, and other places to study advanced experience. The association also plans to introduce a team of Korean designers to enrich the design style and introduce Korean clothing companies to Chongqing to promote the economic development of Chongqing. In addition, the Yupai Costume Association has also expanded its sales channels through a live webcast platform.

Ren Xiaogang, Secretary-General of the Yupai Costume Association, said that the Yupai Costume Association will lead more than 2,000 enterprises in the development of the company, and strive to create 20 garment enterprises to become Chinese or international brands in the next 10 years, and show the fashion style of Chongqing to more people.
