On December 20, 2019, with the theme of “Interactive entertainment in the 5G era promotes urban upgrades cities”, China (Wuhan) Online Sensation Industry Innovation Summit successfully kicked off in Jiang’an district, Wuhan. Experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs in Internet industry gathered there and discussed the development with 5G businesses in live broadcast, short video, media technologies, urban industries and other fields.
The district has positively explored multi modes in integration between the Internet and other industries including economy, culture and tourism. In 2018, China’s first interactive entertainment block was set up at Hankou historical and cultural blocks, becoming a comprehensive block with interactive entertainment, immersive culture and tourist experience, digital cultural and creative industries and research institutions.
On roundtable forum with the theme of “the integration of online broadcast and entity economy”, the entrepreneurs and experts discussed and shared ideas on three topics “the integration of live broadcast and entity industries”, “the creation of content starts up and celebrities’ IP in short video” and “the development of online sensation industry in the new era”. Under the background of the Internet, they also discussed the methods to integrate on live and entity economy and its development prospect.
In addition, a news from the summit reported that Global KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Conference and China Celebrity Industry Expo would be held in 2020 in Jiang’an district, Wuhan. The conference will consist of industry expo, industry forum, KOL fans Carnival, cooperation between brands and capitals and KOL industry introduction, providing a great feast of global KOL interaction and data trades, which can promote the development of KOL industries in Wuhan.
