On March 31, 2020, the first conference of Chengdu's new economy , new scene and new products was held in Chengdu, China. Chengdu will continue to release 1,000 new scenes and 1,000 new products to the world. Among them, 100 new scenes facing to the society, touching the future, and linking applications will be released every month. As well as 100 new products with hard-core supporting, open compatibility, and unique personality.

In terms of creating industrial-level scenes, Chengdu will use the construction of the industrial ecosystem and industrial function zones as a carrier to accelerate the accumulation of advanced production factors and the co-urbanization of industrial supporting chains, and build around new manufacturing, new retail, new cultural innovation, and new supply chains. Innovative application laboratory and future scene laboratory, implement scene demonstration projects, promote the integration of new technologies, new models, and new business formats, and verify the implementation, and help enterprises to acutely capture the market opportunities of industrial fission.

In terms of fostering enterprise-level scenes, Chengdu will build 10 million square meters of high-quality science and technology innovation space around technology transfer, human collaboration, capital linkage, data empowerment, etc., and set up new economy and industry investment fund of 10 billion yuan in batches and establish new economic professional bank, encourage co-construction and sharing of government and enterprise data platforms, promote the accelerated realization of innovation results of enterprises, accelerate the construction of a global supply chain system, and support enterprises to allocate resources and operate markets globally.
