On February 5th, "Rays of Light in Memory" 2021 Liaoning-Central and Eastern Europe Photography Exchange, which attracted much attention at home and abroad, was officially launched on CRI Online Liaoning channel.
The exhibition is sponsored by Liaoning Provicial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (LPPAFFC), and co-sponsored by Liaoning Provincial Photographic Artists Association and Northern United Broadcasting Television Network Corporation. It aims to show Liaoning's image of opening to the outside world, consolidate the humanistic cornerstone of "China-Central and Eastern European countries cooperation", enrich the new connotation of cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries, and further enhance the global influence of "China-Central and Eastern European countries cooperation".
The exhibition focuses on dozens of photos taken in Liaoning by photographers from Slovakia, Hungary, Montenegro, Albania, Serbia and other central and Eastern European countries, presenting a vivid Liaoning in their eyes and showing what photographers saw, heard and felt in Liaoning. People will touch a real, open and lively Liaoning through the lens, and further understand the economic and social development and the cultural and historical style and features of Liaoning.
"We hope that through the exhibition, we can show a variety of civilizations beyond region, race, culture and value concept, express our wish to jointly promote regional peace and stability, build a beautiful home, and promote cultural exchanges and mutual learning. " Sun Delan, full-time vice president of LPPAFFC said.
At the same time of the opening of online photography exhibition, the activity will also mobilize Liaoning photographers from all over the world to collect photographic works on historic culture, cultural heritage, economic and trade exchanges of Central and Eastern European countries. And their photos will be presented on the online photography exhibition instantly, so as to promote the mutual learning of civilizations between China and Central and Eastern European countries through artistic and cultural exchanges among photographers.
