Central and Eastern European Photographers Introduce Liaoning's Sceneries and Culture to the World

Dalian Xinghai Bay Bridge across the Yellow Sea, Qipao featuring the beauty of Oriental women, and people feeding pigeons…On February 5, 2021, "Rays of Light in Memories" Liaoning-Central and Eastern Europe Photography Exchange will be launched soon. Photographers from Central and Eastern Europe will display the impression of Liaoning with their photography works.

The online exhibition will show dozens of photos taken in Liaoning by photographers from Slovakia, Hungary, Montenegro, Albania, Serbia and other Central and Eastern European countries.

In the eyes of Central and Eastern European photographers, Liaoning is diverse with high mountains, vast ocean area, bustling commercial districts and peaceful rural life. People living here love morning exercises, shopping, raising pets, and smiling at photographers taking photos along the street.

"Although China and Central and Eastern European countries are located at different ends of the Eurasian continent, our friendship has a long history with people being friendly to each other for generations." Sun Delan, the organizer of the event and full-time vice president of Liaoning Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, said, "I hope this event will present a different China and a new Liaoning to foreign people, so that more and more foreign enterprises and chambers of commerce are willing to come here and settle in Liaoning."

It is said that the online photography exchange will last until August, and will also collect photography works globally, especially from those overseas Liaoning citizens and students who work, study and live in central and Eastern Europe, in order to promote international cultural exchanges.
