Future AI Computing Center Officially Launched

On the morning of September 9, Future Artificial Intelligence Computing Center was officially launched in Future Industrial City in Yanta District of Xi'an City.

The center covers an area of 32 mu (5.27 acres), and it is the first large-scale artificial intelligence computing power cluster in Northwest China organized by Yanta District and built by Huawei.

The center is supported by solutions based on Ascend AI and will be applied to various scenarios, including autonomous driving, smart medical care, smart cities, smart transportation and smart minery. As the new generation of AI is witnessing robust development, the operation of its Phase 1 Data Center will contribute significantly to the innovation-driven development and high-end industrial growth of Yanta District, as well as the building of Xi'an as a capital of innovation.

After the launching ceremony, the participants visited the center and Exhibition Hall of Future Science and Technology.

The center will fully echo Yanta District's strategy of "One District, Five Cities and One Fundamental Policy", support Xi'an's modern industrial system of "6+5+6+1", and drive the high-quality AI development of Northwest China.
