Yanta District Helps Enterprises with Overseas Operation Resume Work and Production through One-on-One Service

Recently, Qin Chuang, the HR Director of Shaanxi Yaobai Special Cement Group Co., Ltd., said when he handled relevant business in the departure and arrival halls of Yanta Branch of Xi'an Public Security Bureau.

Affected by the global COVID-19 pandemic, major enterprises need to resume work and production urgently, but they faced issues such as entry and exit risks of workers and difficulties in getting approval. The headquarter of Shaanxi Yaobai Special Cement Group Co. Ltd, located in the Aerospace Industry Base, has participated in the construction of key projects of the national Belt and Road Initiative, and therefore needs to send staff abroad. Since February, the company's dispatched workers have successively visited the arrival and departure hall of Yanta Branch of Xi'an Public Security Bureau for exit procedures. After learning the company's needs, Yanta Branch arrival and departure leading personnel designated some staff to contact the company and provide "one-on-one" services. It established a streamlined communication mechanism to provide government services, which greatly facilitated the company's employees to go through exit procedures.

Next, the arrival and departure hall of Yanta Branch will continue to strengthen the cooperation between government and enterprises, precisely matching the needs of enterprises in line with the promotion of cross-border trade, and providing corresponding convenience for the entry and exit procedures of enterprises, key colleges and universities in Xi'an, and people related to major foreign investment projects who have participated in the Belt and Road Initiative.
