Longjiang Road of Wuhou District is a famous street in Chengdu for its shops of musical instruments and art. Recently, a brandnew Longjiang Road, which was renovated with the concept of "authentic and musical Chengdu for a slow-paced life", was unveiled.
There are many musical instrument shops on Longjiang Road, with violin, flute, saxophone, bamboo flute, pipa, guzheng and many other Chinese and foreign instruments. It is a place where Chinese and Western cultures meet, exchange and merge. Walking into this street is like walking into a concert hall and enjoying a splendid musical feast.
After the renovation, Longjiang Road has preserved the original local atmosphere of the market to the greatest extent. During the renovation, the original building facades were classified, and each building was given a unique character and appearance, making the shops and their signs more diverse.
Music is a flowing architecture, and architecture is frozen music. In recent years, through street renovation, resource integration, music dissemination, and team cultivation, the Longjiang Road boasts a hustle and bustle vibe, a strong atmosphere of music and art with a full range of leisure activities. It has presented a better street and cultural landscape, and has become a new must-visit place.
