Meeting on Promoting the Building of Qiantang River Poetry Road (Fuchun Mountains and Waters) Reserve for Cultural Preservation Kicks off

On August 29, the Meeting on Promoting the Building of Qiantang River Poetry Road (Fuchun Mountains and Waters) Reserve for Cultural Preservation and the "Picturesque Scenery along Tonglu River" Evening Event was held in Tonglu County, Zhejiang Province, in an effort to advance the building of Qiantang River Poetry Road (Fuchun Mountains and Waters) Reserve for Cultural Preservation (the "Reserve").

Fang Jiyu, the chief of the Tonglu County Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau, launched the song creation and promotion project for the Reserve; He Jing, an official of the Tonglu County Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau, Chen Ming, an official of Fuyang District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau of Hangzhou City, and Wang Xianping, an official of Jiande City Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau, inaugurated the Intangible Heritage Workshop Alliance of the Reserve; and officials attending the meeting held an unveiling ceremony for the launch of the song creation and promotion project and the unified logo of the Reserve.

The Qiantang River is the "mother river" of Zhejiang Province, and the Qiantang River Poetry Road is Zhejiang's precious historical treasure. The Fuchun River, the most gorgeous section of the Qiantang River, is "highly recommended all the time among the charming mountains and waters around the world".

Tonglu County, Fuyang District of Hangzhou City, and Jiande City will pursue shared benefits through joint efforts, adopt a series of effective measures that deliver benefits and prosperity to people, and actively create a distinctive ecological protection pattern for cultural preservation that covers all areas, leverages regional comparative strengths and boosts coordinated development.
