Lightly fried fish is a special dish invented by fishermen who live on the boats of Hongze Lake for a long time.
Lightly fried fish is traditionally cooked with clean lake water on the boats of fishermen. When cooking the fish, the fishermen will put some bread on the inner side of the pot, and then add fruit and vegetables to the fish. The minute the pot lid is opened, the aroma created by the combination of fish, bread, fruit and vegetables will be overwhelming. The dish tastes fresh, tender, and crispy.
