Recently, the launching ceremony of the 2022 China (Chengdu) First-Store Economic Development Conference and the First Chengdu First-Store Consumer Festival was held in Chengdu.

At the ceremony, 27 first-store brands signed contracts with 14 commercial projects on the spot. This signing also means that 18 first stores in Southwest China and 9 first stores in Chengdu will be officially established. In the next month, many first stores will focus on carrying out a variety of themed consumption promotion activities for the first time, bringing more, better and more affordable goods and services to citizens, and continuously boosting the consumption enthusiasm in Chengdu.

Since the Chengdu First-Store Economic Development Exchange Conference was held in 2019, it has facilitated the exchange and docking of more than 1,000 mainstream brands and more than 250 commercial projects, and the total number of newly settled first stores has exceeded 2,100.
Chengdu's first-store economy has achieved a leap from quantitative accumulation to qualitative leap in just four years, and has begun to move towards a new stage of high-quality development, demonstrating the improvement of brand capabilities and cultural confidence. The convening of the conference will further help Chengdu to build an international consumption center city.
