Two "Superstitions"

The city of Xi'an is world-renowned not only for its terracotta warriors, but also for an historic incident that took place 86 years ago during WWII.  Among the numerous marshals documented in Chinese history is Zhang Xueliang, nicknamed the "Young Marshal" Peter H. L. Chang. Chang's father was assassinated by scheming Japanese militarist officers in 1928 and thereafter lost control of the Northeastern Chinese territories under his rule to Japanese invaders.
