Xiyuhe Street belongs to the Qingyang District of Chengdu City, which is located in the downtown area of Chengdu. It is the location of Tianfu Square, with a total area of approximately 2.4 square kilometers. In 2022, the total tax revenue volume of enterprises under the jurisdiction of Xiyuhe Street reaches 9.2 billion yuan.

The area has a long history. As the core area of the capital cities of the Du Yu and Kaiming dynasties, it’s also the site of the old "imperial city" of Chengdu.

The area is rich in cultural and tourism resources, integrating cultural centers, urban ruins, central parks, and industrial highlands. There are not only cultural venues such as Tianfu Square, Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Museum, Sichuan Provincial Art Museum, Sichuan Provincial Library, Sichuan Grand Theater, Chengdu Museum, and Chengdu Sports Center but also numerous educational resources. Chengdu Shishi Union Middle School, Chengdu Shude High School (East District), Chengdu Experimental Primary School, Chengdu Dongchenggen Primary School, and others are rooted here.

The traffic in the area is developed. Five subway lines converge here. Luomashi station is the only subway station in the central city that can transfer four subway lines and directly connect to the two airports. In the future, Xiyuhe Street will also make full use of the transportation hub advantages of Luomashi station, introduce characteristic industrial clusters with the digital economy, modern finance, high-tech and other industries, and create a new urban meeting room of Chengdu.
