The 41st Chrysanthemum Culture Festival will display a total of 3.2 million pots of chrysanthemums (including accompanying flowers), with a strong emphasis on the construction of urban landscaping and the promotion of the opening and sharing of parks and green spaces. The festival aims to enhance the sense of participation among the public and further promote residents' happiness.
The main venue for the festival will be located in Longting Lake Scenic Area of Kaifeng, where the exhibition seamlessly blends with the city's displays, creating a beautiful spectacle of a city immersed in a sea of flowers and charming chrysanthemums. Additionally, exhibitions will be set up in Beihai Park and Taoranting Park in Beijing, and Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport to promote the Chrysanthemum Culture Festival. Public spaces such as street corners, squares, parks and green spaces will feature themed landscapes with small chrysanthemum-related flower beds, highlighting urban renewal and co-construction and sharing.

Kaifeng will also launch a series of theme activities, including enjoying scenic views, exploring Song Dynasty culture, and tasting cuisine. The "Secret Exploration of Bianjing", a mission-based activity, will be organized to attract internet-popular celebrities and netizens to enjoy chrysanthemums in Kaifeng. The activities focus on young consumer groups, trying to promote the Song-style costume economy, creating the scene of the whole city dreaming of a thousand years back to the Song Dynasty, so that the Song Dynasty culture and chrysanthemum fragrance complement each other.
