By virtue of photovoltaic power generation, green buildings, and emission reduction through vegetation, Zhunge'erzhao Town in Jungar Banner, Inner Mongolia established the Carbon-free InnoSpace to facilitate the green economy and construct green buildings in a bid to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
A corridor called "Memory of Mounts" is 128 m long, and the entire building is a steel structure. Solar panels are laid on the top of the pavilion to generate 115 kw of electricity. Part of the power generated is supplied to the observation deck, and another part is connected to the cattle farm for power generation and sales.

There is also a tranquil lake here—Yueqi Lake, covering an area of 1,000 square meters. It is located in the core area of the Carbon-free InnoSpace. As this area is a swale, it is available to use the topography to collect rainwater and form a natural water surface.
Jinxiu Industrial Park, covering an area of 20,000 square meters, is an experimental demonstration area of the Carbon-free InnoSpace. On both sides of the 180-meter plank road are economic forests, crops, pastures, and vegetables, forming a simulated natural grassland demonstration area.
In recent years, with the goal of facilitating the green economy and building demonstration areas, Zhunge'erzhao Town has upgraded green mine construction in the reclamation area of more than 3,300 hectares, where it plans to invest CNY 5 billion in three years, with photovoltaic power generation projects as the core. The industrial cluster covers four sectors: modern animal husbandry, specialty breeding, smart agriculture, and wind power generation.
