Huanggang wicker weaving is a symbol of Funan County, Anhui Province, known for exquisite craftsmanship exported all over the world. The center’s 3,600 square meters include four exhibition halls showcasing the history and development of Huanggang wicker weaving, and it was here that the visiting envoys were treated to an opportunity to learn more about the profound significance of wicker weaving culture.

Local wicker weavers from Huanggang Town showed off their skills at the event for the benefit of the envoys, who expressed great interest in Anhui's traditional handicrafts, lauding the rich heritage and the preservation of traditional culture and its contribution to the development of the local economy.
