State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Employee Zhang Jiming Participates in "Craftsman Talent Cultivation and Model Workers Qinghai Tour" Activity

Recently, a specialized event focusing on craftsman talent cultivation and high-skilled personnel exchange was held in Xining, Qinghai. Through model worker enterprise assistance activities and achievement-sharing sessions, advanced experience was transmitted to support high-quality development of Qinghai enterprises and vocational education. Zhang Jiming, a national model worker from State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power, was invited to attend as an exemplary representative, participating in enterprise visits and exchange activities to support local industrial upgrading and professional skill enhancement.

During the "Model Workers Assisting Enterprises" activity, Zhang Jiming joined national model workers and master craftsmen from across the country to visit key enterprises and vocational colleges in Qinghai Province. On the front lines of production and teaching, they shared experience, answered questions, and provided "point-to-point" technical assistance. Drawing on his over 20 years of experience in power grid automation technology, Zhang recounted his career journey—from a grassroots power maintenance worker to a leader in technical breakthrough initiatives. He also shared his team's innovation achievements and the challenges overcome, providing detailed explanations to corporate engineers and young apprentices to help enterprises resolve technical bottlenecks and optimize production efficiency.

At the event, Zhang Jiming also signed a mentor-apprentice partnership agreement with front-line workers from Qinghai enterprises. He will take practical action to promote the skill development of young workers and pass on the spirit of model workers and craftsmanship.
