"Ninghai Bay Fish Lantern" Folk Parade

On the evening of February 9, "Ninghai Bay Fish Lantern" folk parade started, lighting up Xia Shan Village，located in Qiangjiao Town，Ninghai County，Ningbo City. Villagers and tourists enjoyed themselves, singing and dancing in a sea of joy.

"Fish lanterns start swimming!" With a cheer, the 4-meter-long "King Fish Lamp" led the way, followed by hundreds of fish lanterns, accompanied by the beating of drums and gongs, and a crowd of excited people. Thousands of villagers and tourists followed the lamp team in laughter.

The fish lantern parade is a flok tradition of Ninghai Wanyu villages, reflecting people's wishes for favorable weather and good fortune, the fish lantern parade has become an important event for tourists to experience local folk culture.

In the evening, the fabulous Ninghai Bay made tourists enjoy so much that they forgot to leave. Rooted in traditional culture, Qiangjiao Town has conducted a series of cultural and recreational activities to promote the high-quality development of the "Happy Bay" cultural tourism industry.
