They promptly addressed identified safety hazards, fostering a safe and reliable electrical environment. This initiative ensures the safety of electricity usage for all customers.

Recently, the State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company organized a team of professionals from marketing, distribution, and related departments to perform a specialized safety inspection in partnership with local authorities. They conducted a comprehensive check for electrical fire risks and meticulously recorded any identified issues. Prompt communication with homeowners and community managers ensured effective and timely rectification of the problems.
Meanwhile, staff educated customers on safe electricity usage, fire safety for electric vehicles, electric shock prevention, and first aid. Moreover, they addressed customers' daily electricity-related concerns, distributed informational materials, and displayed posters to remind residents to avoid unauthorized wiring and improper charging practices, which could lead to electrical fires or electric shocks. These efforts aimed to guide residents to use electricity safely and in compliance with regulations.
To date, the State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company has inspected over 200 households, guided them in rectifying 23 electrical safety issues, and displayed over 300 posters promoting electrical safety. Moving forward, the Company will strengthen collaboration with relevant authorities and intensify efforts to identify electrical fire hazards. Additionally, it will rigorously enforce preventive measures to safeguard the safety of power supply and usage.
