State Grid Huai'an: Forward-looking Services to Ensure Power Consumption for Spring Plowing and Irrigation

To meet farmers' power demands, State Grid Huai'an Power Supply Company recently organized staff from various power supply stations to thoroughly inspect their service areas and ensure reliable power supply for farmland irrigation.

Power Supply Personnel Perform Switch Inspections

To ensure stable power supply for spring plowing and planting, each power supply station has been inspecting farmland irrigation and drainage facilities since February, establishing a segmented inspection mechanism and conducting categorized checks via mobile terminals. For pump station users, key verification points include high-standard farmland attributes, property ownership and potential equipment hazards are the key points of verification, and image data is uploaded in real time; for non-irrigation and drainage users, the consistency between actual power  usage and system records is verified, and the verification results are recorded in real time. 

Power Supply Personnel Perform Verification Work

The company scientifically allocates power resource, implements  precise "grid based" services, conducts home visits and develops tailored power consumption plans to optimize resource utilization; organizes power supply personnel to conducts thorough inspections of agricultural irrigation lines and performs equipment maintenance, identifies safety hazards and prioritizes eliminating equipment defects; promotes the "Online State Grid" service platform to allowing farmers to easily apply for temporary power access via mobile devices, streamlining the application process; conducts special promotions on water-saving irrigation, reinforces water-saving concepts and improves water resource utilization efficiency, through technical manual distribution and on-site guidance from experts.
