Shuicheng Painting Art Exhibition Opens in Guiyang, Guizhou Province

On March 20, the opening ceremony of the Shuicheng Painting Art Exhibition, themed "Colorful Guizhou, Painting in Shuicheng," was held at the Longdongbao Airport Art Center in Guiyang, Guizhou Province.

Upon entering the exhibition hall, visitors are greeted by a dazzling array of Shuicheng paintings and the "Three Treasures" of Liangdu, which incorporate Shuicheng painting elements. The exhibits are neatly arranged, attracting many visitors.

This event will run until June 20, showcasing more than 120 paintings. It will also highlight outstanding Shuicheng paintings and feature on-site exhibitions of Shuicheng agricultural products and cultural and creative goods.

Shuicheng painting is an important form of Guizhou's distinctive folk art. The artworks depict farmers' daily lives and ethnic culture using vivid colors, exaggerated shapes, and unique compositions.

This exhibition aims to increase the recognition and market influence of Shuicheng painting, promote the integration of the cultural and tourism industries, and support local economic development.
