"Please do not unplug the charging cable or start the vehicle during charging. For assistance, call our service hotline at any time."Recently, a staff member from State Grid Guangrao Power Supply Company was conducting inspections and guiding new energy vehicle (NEV) owners to charge during off-peak hours. Behind him, an intelligent inspection drone hovered over an array of charging piles, with an infrared camera precisely monitoring the equipment's performance to facilitate green travel for residents.
Ahead of the May Day holiday, the company's technicians meticulously inspected the charging piles' electrical safety, insulation resistance, and firefighting equipment. They recorded and resolved issues to eliminate potential hazards and ensure safe operation of the facilities.

With the growing number of NEVs, green travel has become a new highlight of this year's May Day holiday. To meet the surge in holiday charging demand, State Grid Guangrao Power Supply Company made advance preparations, conducting thorough inspections of 106 charging piles across 16 stations in Guangrao County, Dongying City, to ensure each unit was in optimal condition.
Meanwhile, staff actively educated NEV users about safe charging practices, proactively responded to residents' inquiries regarding private charging pile installations, and promoted related NEV support policies.
So far, the company has rectified five hidden hazards at charging sites, distributed over 400 safety brochures, and supported green, low-carbon travel for residents through proactive maintenance, on-site service, and intelligent inspection systems.
