On June 3, State Grid Guyuan Power Supply Company launched a series of outreach activities in celebration of International Archives Day, under the theme “Listen to the Archives.” The program featured dedicated campaign events, training on archival practices, promotional slogans, and micro-video exhibitions—all aimed at highlighting the value of archives and fostering a positive atmosphere to raise archival awareness among all employees.
The Archives Day campaign was carried out through the distribution of brochures, compiled using archival and visual materials from the past five years of Guyuan Power. These brochures cover six major topics, including Party building, operations management, safety maintenance, power grid construction, power supply services, and honors and awards. They showcase the company’s key contributions to high-quality development and reflect its commitment to serving local economic and social advancement.
The training session on archival practices targeted the knowledge gaps among newly appointed archivists in grassroots units. It included detailed guidance on organizing paper files and using the digital archival system, helping improve the professional competence of staff responsible for archive work.
In addition, the company will organize various departments to participate in events such as online quizzes, webinars, and themed essay contests held by the National Archives Administration. These initiatives will be promoted through the display of archive-related micro-videos and slogans in the office lobby, further expanding the campaign’s impact.
