The Senbo Nature Park & Resort spans 343 mu and is surrounded by Houguan Lake on three sides. It is conveniently located near the exit of the Sino-French Wuhan Ecological Demonstration City on the Fourth Ring Road. The total investment in the project is approximately 2.2 billion yuan, and it is being developed in two phases. Phase one has been completed, including both indoor and outdoor water parks, indoor and outdoor children's play areas, a resort hotel, treehouses and unique resort villas, an international conference center, and various supporting facilities like dining, commercial spaces, entertainment, and parking.

The resort features a 10,000-square-meter indoor water park, which maintains a spring-like atmosphere year-round. The water park lobby looks like a scene from a fairytale, with floating mountains reminiscent of the movie "Avatar," wooden skywalks, and cascading waterfalls shrouded in mist. Upon entering, sunlight pours down through a glass dome, illuminating the space. Thatched-roof cottages are scattered throughout, arranged in a harmonious yet natural fashion. The park offers various water entertainment attractions, including a surfing pool, wave pool, and infinity pool.
As the largest water-themed, all-ages family resort park in Central China, the project is expected to welcome over 560,000 visitors annually once fully operational.
