Shijiazhuang Launches 32nd “Colorful Weekend” Cultural Performance Series

In an effort to enrich residents’ cultural life and bring public-benefit cultural programs closer to the grassroots, the 32nd “Colorful Weekend” cultural performance series was recently launched in Nanheyuan Community, Yuhua District, Shijiazhuang.

The event kicked off with a vibrant opening dance. Dancers moved to an upbeat rhythm, expressing joy and beauty through their graceful movements. A lineup of solo vocal performances, acrobatics, poetry recitation, waltz, kuaiban (rhythmic storytelling), and a variety of dances in different styles followed one after another. The audience was immersed in an atmosphere of harmony and warmth, enjoying the rich artistic display with laughter and applause. This cultural celebration, featuring diverse art forms such as singing, dancing, acrobatics, and recitation, offered a lively and enjoyable experience for all in attendance.

Beyond bringing joy and artistic appreciation to the community, the event also served to promote the spirit of the times through culture, further strengthening community cohesion and unity.
