At the conference, Martin Mbana, Ambassador of the Republic of Cameroon to China, stated that Cameroon is rich in natural resources, strategically located, and endowed with abundant labor resources and a broad market. It offers various incentives, including tax reductions, customs preferences, and property rights protection. Currently, China steadfastly advances the development of an open world economy, and Cameroon looks forward to welcoming more Chinese enterprises investing and growing there. Wang Yumeng, Deputy General Manager of CNBM, emphasized that CNBM is committed to building a strategic community of central-local collaboration characterized by openness and mutually beneficial cooperation, supporting Shenzhen-based enterprises in jointly exploring Belt and Road markets and other emerging markets. Wang Dianjia, Member of the Standing Committee and Deputy District Mayor of Longhua District, noted that in recent years, Longhua District has consistently advanced high-level opening-up and fully supported local enterprises in "going global" to explore the international market. The release of the Longhua District Enterprise Globalization Support Action Plan and the Industrial Globalization Alliance Service List Version 2.0 will provide businesses with more systematic, efficient, and precise policy support and service guarantees, enabling them to expand overseas more steadily, further, and smoothly.

It is reported that Version 2.0 of the Industrial Globalization Alliance Service List has expanded from the original "Golden Sixteen Articles" to the "Golden Twenty-Six Articles," covering seven major sections: government public services, supply chain services, compliance management services, financial services, talent services, overseas comprehensive landing services, and digital services. New services include a pilot program for "inspection before shipment" under cross-border e-commerce LCL (Less than Container Load) exports, integrated international trade services, international legal, financial and tax advisory services, cross-border financial support, and services for compound talents. Together, these offerings form a comprehensive support system covering policy adaptation, resource matching, compliance assurance, and market expansion, effectively addressing the challenges enterprises face in their overseas expansion.
