In response, State Grid Zhangye Power Supply Company swiftly its emergency response mechanism, focusing on ensuring grid safety, securing electricity supply for people's daily needs, and guaranteeing power supply for key facilities. The company has implemented a 24-hour on-call system with dedicated patrols to safeguard power supply during cold waves. Using a coordinated approach of online monitoring, on-site inspections, and rapid responses, the company has identified potential hazards and performed live-line testing on substations, trunk lines, and key users' power supply equipment. Operation and maintenance teams also visit heating companies and rural households to inspect electrical equipment.
