As the Spring Festival approaches, the festive atmosphere grows stronger, and the demand for electricity services reaches its peak. At the power supply business halls in areas such as Wuhan's Jinyinhu and Huashan, five AI-powered digital employees—an AI Guide, AI Assistant, AI Helpdesk, AI Specialist, and AI Butler—are on duty together for the first time. These digital employees safeguard thousands of households with the warmth of technology, honoring the promise of round-the-clock service and "You Use Electricity, We Care with All Our Hearts" throughout the holiday season.

State Grid Hubei Information & Telecommunication Company has encapsulated 12 high-frequency services, including bill printing, business expansion application, and electricity fee inquiry, into standardized capability interfaces. These interfaces are integrated with the AI platform and business systems such as Marketing 2.0 and digitalized power supply stations, enabling simple services to be completed on the spot.
Now, services such as name change and ownership transfer, new installation applications, and charging pile installation can all be handled in a "one-stop" manner within the smart service cabin, simply by voice commands or a few taps. The AI Specialist, like a tireless clerk, accepts service requests 24/7, ensuring that power services are truly "handled conveniently and anytime".
