During the micro-lecture session, representatives including model workers, young role models, and female employees took the stage to share their insights. Drawing on their experience in power grid construction, emergency response, and customer service, they presented vivid stories in plain language, showcasing the dedication and strong sense of responsibility of frontline power workers.

In the classic recitation session, Chinese and international participants took the stage together, presenting both expressive readings of classic excerpts and lyrical recitations from the Book of Songs. During the book donation session, the head of the company's labor union presented books to representatives of grassroots teams and international students. At the same time, the company launched a "Books to Grassroots Teams" initiative to ensure that learning resources reach every unit and every employee, bringing the culture of reading to the front lines of power supply services.

According to the company's labor union, the event will serve as a starting point to further strengthen ideological guidance for employees and promote deeper engagement in reading across the workforce. By integrating learning with practice, the company aims to translate knowledge gained from reading into a strong driving force for ensuring reliable power supply and supporting social and economic development.
