Token Service Alliance of Xi'an High-Tech Industries Development Zone Launched

On October 29, the Xi'an AI and Token Economy Development Conference took place. During the event, Xi'an High-Tech Industries Development Zone partnered with well-known companies including Huawei and Chinasoft International to launch the Token Service Alliance of Xi'an High-Tech Industries Development Zone, aiming to overcome industry bottlenecks and inject fresh momentum into the regional token economy.

As the basic units processed by large AI models, tokens serve as a vital link connecting computing power, data, models, and application scenarios, giving rise to a brand-new economic form: the token economy. This emerging model brings tremendous potential for innovation and industrial opportunities. As an important hub for tech innovation and a driver of industrial growth in Shaanxi Province and Xi'an, the Xi'an High-Tech Industries Development Zone has gathered a number of enterprises in large AI model R&D, computing power operations, AI applications, and data services. Backed by a comprehensive ecosystem spanning algorithms, computing power, data, talent, and capital, the zone has significant potential for developing the token economy.

The conference marked the official launch of the Token Service Alliance of Xi'an High-Tech Industries Development Zone. Over 400 guests from government bodies, companies, and ecosystem partners convened to explore core issues, including building computing infrastructure based on independently developed technologies, and chart new paths for the high-quality development of the AI-driven digital economy.

The alliance was co-founded by Huawei, Chinasoft International, Xi'an High-Tech Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and the Xi'an Highway Research Institute Co., Ltd. Powered by Ascend-based computing infrastructure, the alliance aggregates high-quality large AI model resources, including Kimi models and those from MiniMax and SenseTime, to build a unified, compliant, accessible, and user-friendly token service platform. The alliance aims to reduce AI adoption costs and technical barriers for businesses in the zone, open up industrial application scenarios, and support collaborative efforts to tackle technological challenges.

Looking ahead, the Xi'an High-Tech Industries Development Zone plans to build on the launch of the Token Service Alliance to further strengthen supporting measures, help enterprises advance digital and intelligent transformation across industries, and work with partners to build a hub for an AI industrial ecosystem driven by independent innovation in western China.
