On April 25th, reporters from local and state media paid visit to Cultural and Creative Base of Baqiao District at Xi’an City. This event, themed “Powerful Century and Creative Baqiao, is designed to demonstrate the vitality of the District in the process of industrial transformation to local and state media.

Changle Shangdu Cultural and Creative Town is renovated on the basis of the previous textile mill’s buildings, which preserves the aesthetics, cultural and historical values of the original buildings. After its completion, the town will be featured by Xi’an International Railway Park, Changle Shangdu Cultural and Creative Blocks and other highlights. It will provide visitors with the opportunities to appreciate seven unique railway experience sections that are constructed on the basis of the previous railways, respectively the East Asian section, French Southeastern section, Spanish section, English section, American section and German section. In addition, warehouses, platforms and equipment rooms on both sides of the railway are also must-see places.

In the A01 space in the Banpo International Art District, every visitor will be shocked by the visual impact of the surrounding clay walls. The space was created on the basis of the clay walls left over from the early construction of the First Printing and Dyeing Mill. Following the ancient oriental philosophy of learning form the natural world, it well integrates physical space with nature, forming an aesthetic space centered on old clay walls and natural terraces. With such unique physical space, A01 Space is designed to build a resource platform in the form of business activities and innovation and entrepreneurship activities.
