French Tourism Expert Yann: Chuangchun, a Starting Point to Discover Landscapes and Forests

Just before the beginning of winter, we went to discover the national Forest of Changchun. This beautiful area named Jingyuetan is located at only 18 kilometers from the really center of Changchun.

Why you should visit the Jingyuetan national Forest.

First of all, this Forest and this part of China is very interesting because it faces four real seasons. It means that in spring everything is incredibly green. And summer sounds as a very nice reward. Autumn is absolutely astonished and the colors of the trees seems like magic. Winter’s full of snow and the lakes are frozen, It’s maybe the best period of the year for travelling, don’t forget to share with friends and family some unforgettable moments.

The lakes of this huge area, seem almost as the blue of the sea. Even in cold period as November or even December, visitors think about summer in order to swim or to jump in this wonderful lake.

Don’t be to sad if you visit Jingyuetan Forest during the winter because this place is a very attractive ski resort with some fabulous snows capes. And of course, it's very easy to reach from the city of Changchun.

Two amazing buildings ‘landed’ in a beautiful park in the city of Changchun will make you discover centuries of sculptures from all the world, all the periods and also from all the civilizations.

Between a small peace of water and around some natural hills you will discover some really nice range of statues or monuments. You will find 5 areas which are symbolizing the 5 continents. The area of this amazing park is more than 90 hectares, so be careful the park is huge so better to grab a shuttle to reach the most interesting places of the CWSP museum.
