Wawu Mountain, Hongya, Sichuan: Beautiful scenery of ice and snow

Since the beginning of winter, Wawu Mountain Scenic Spot in Hongya County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province has been covered with snow. Especially after a few snows, the mountains in the scenic area are covered with snow. Each landscape is a wonderful painting, like "the fairy tale world".

It is understood that Wawu Mountain Scenic Spot belongs to the Wawu Mountain National Forest Park. The total area of the scenic area is 4165 hectares, the altitude is from 1154 meters to 2830 meters, and the area of the mountain top platform is about 15,000 mu. It’s called “Double must in Sichuan” with Mount Emei.

Wawu Mountain Scenic Area is known as "the world of water", "the world of caves", "the kingdom of flowers", "the cradle of snow", "the hometown of clouds", and "the museum of animals and plants." There are more than 3500 species of plants, 7 of them belonging to the first ranking in protection category, 25 are the second national protection species, and there are 890 species of wild animals, and 50 species of wild animals of national priority protection such as giant pandas, takin, and leopard, 8 national first national protection species, and 309 species of birds.
