On November 18, participants of "Hi, Confucius" International Online Influencers' Study Tour in Nishan visited the Confucius Museum in Qufu, Shandong, where they studied traditional hand-made techniques and tasted the unique flavor of pastries originating from the Kong Family Mansion.
At the event, chefs elaborately made the pastries originating from the Kong Family Mansion and presented an abundance of flavorful and exquisite food to everyone. The crisp and cleverly shaped Jade Rabbit, the chrysanthemum-like pastry which tasted crisp outside and soft inside, and many more are on offer! The dazzling pastry making process also garnered the attention of the participants. They tried making pastries and enjoyed a variety of flavors. The air was filled with the aromas of the snacks, which won the praise of all the people present.
