Since the start of 2023, the Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base has made significant strides in promoting the growth of its sci-tech innovation system and contemporary industrial system. It aims to establish an integrated ecosystem that encompasses data, algorithms, computing power, applications, and services. This ecosystem is designed to support economic development within laboratories and facilitate the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.

The Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base has taken measures to assist entities in achieving the commercialization of their scientific and technological achievements through ten science and technology parks and the Qin Chuang Yuan Platform, a local accelerator dedicated to the commercialization of scientific and technological breakthroughs. The guidance enables them to further expand their industrial chains. The aerospace industrial base is dedicated to driving the industrialization of scientific and technological advancements through the comprehensive integration of innovation, industrial, capital, and talent chains. This commitment is guided by the innovation system that centers around the Qin Chuang Yuan Platform and encompasses 13 pivotal directions for industrial chains, 20 major projects, and a multitude of targeted enterprises.

In 2023, the Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base introduced 260 enterprises with unique themes and characteristics. The total contracted area reached 406,000 sqm, with several buildings already in use. The aerospace industrial base has also fostered collaboration between the China National Administration of Coal Geology Aerial Survey and Remote Sensing Bureau and more than ten international enterprises. This collaboration has expanded the scope and operations of the "Digital Earth" program.

The Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base remains dedicated to enhancing the ecological environment, with a vision of making sustainability a typical characteristic of its high-quality development. In April 2023, the aerospace industrial base established a special task force to address air pollution and implemented 59 tasks in this regard.
