State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company Optimizing Business Environment in Electricity

Sanmenxia Dicastal Wheel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is one of the key municipal enterprises of Sanmenxia City, Henan Province and mainly focuses on the export and selling of automobile wheels, with a monthly cost in electricity stabilizing at RMB 300,000. The contractual energy management mentioned by Niu refers to a new measure conducted by the State Grid Sanmenxia Electric Power Supply Company to help enterprise customers reduce electricity expenses. Based on the load characteristics and production environment of the enterprise customer, the State Grid Sanmenxia Company contributes to the contractual energy management agreement between Datang Electricity Co., Ltd. and the Dicastal Company. Based on the agreement, a distributed photovoltaic project has been implemented on the unoccupied roofs of the Dicastal Company. Based on the Project, the Dicastal Company can enjoy discounted prices concerning its private electricity usage, and at the same time, the remaining electricity generated through the project will be connected to the power grid for settlement, realizing a win-win result for both parties.

In order to keep optimizing the business environment in electricity and contribute to local industrial development, the State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company communicated with the government authorities to acquire information of 2900 enterprises in 12 key industrial chains in Sanmenxia, launched the “Action Plan for Serving New Industrialization and Key Industrial Chains”, and appointed 1 power manager and 1 contractual manager respectively for each industrial chain and each enterprise to provide “one-on-one” targeted services.
