State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company Implements Multiple Measures to Ensure the Reliable Power Supply for Agricultural Irrigation Wells

On July 22, staff from the State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company visited Chensongpo Village in Hubin District, Sanmenxia City, Henan Province, to conduct safety hazard inspections on the pumps of agricultural irrigation wells. They promptly rectified any identified safety issues to ensure the safety of electricity usage for users.

Following several rounds of rainfall, Sanmenxia has once again faced the widespread and persistent hot weather. The State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company has strictly implemented measures to ensure a reliable power supply for agricultural production irrigation.

The State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company conducted another thorough investigation of power supply of 244 agricultural wells' high and low voltage electrical facilities, verified the actual electricity usage on-site, followed up on the progress of rectifying identified hazards, and timely updated and improved the well management records by 27 entries. The Company expanded the scope of visual monitoring for critical agricultural power channels, established emergency repair teams, strengthened material allocation, rigorously enforced a 24-hour emergency repair duty system, and implemented a mechanism to respond to sudden circuit facility anomalies within 20 minutes, ensuring the safety of personnel, electrical facilities and agricultural machinery.

Moving forward, the State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company will firmly shoulder its responsibility to ensure a reliable power supply, meticulously inspect the wiring and equipment of regional farmers' wells, and spare no effort in guaranteeing the safe use of electricity for agricultural irrigation wells.
