State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company Guarantees High-Quality Development of Seed Industry with Precise Services

Recently, at the Shangguancao Village Seed Industry Town Base in Shixiang Town, Changge City, Xuchang City, Henan Province, chili peppers, eggplants, and tomatoes were growing freely in a glass seedling greenhouse. Employees of the Shixiang Power Supply Station of the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company carefully inspected the power consumption of the greenhouse exhaust fan and automated sprinkler irrigation device.

Since 2016, the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company has upgraded the power grid of seed towns and surrounding villages in four batches, added 7 distribution stations with a total capacity of 1400 kVA, and renovated 1.94 kilometers of 10 kV lines and 4.12 kilometers of 0.4 kV lines, significantly improving power supply reliability.

In 2019, Henan Dingyan Zetian Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd., which operates the seed town base, increased its efforts in supporting facility construction, building two drying towers and two storage cold rooms. After receiving the application for installation from the enterprise, the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company immediately organized personnel to conduct on-site inspections and built 60 meters of 10 kV lines and 1 vertical pole for the customer.

The State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company has equipped service personnel for the seed town base, providing nanny style tracking services, regularly inspecting distribution lines and equipment, helping to solve electricity problems, and providing strong guarantees for the development of the seed town with sufficient electricity and high-quality services.
