Recently, staff from the Guanzhang Power Supply Station of thr State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company conducted night patrols and infrared temperature measurements on the 10 kV transmission lines and distribution stations located in Neixiang County, Nanyang City, Henan Province. They promptly identified and eliminated safety hazards, ensuring worry free electricity consumption for residents and business.

Recently, Neixiang County has experienced sustained high temperatures, causing the power grid load to rise again. The State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company is implementing precise measures and making every effort to do a good job in the new round of high-temperature power protection work.
The State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company flexibly adjusted its power supply strategy based on real-time data and promptly activated the backup lines of 110 kV Zhuyang Station and Yongqing Station, effectively alleviating the power supply pressure during peak hours; Organize staff to strengthen the frequency of special and night patrols, use infrared thermometers to inspect power supply equipment such as isolation switches, promptly eliminate safety hazards found, and carry out customized upgrades and renovations to heavy overload lines and low-voltage substations, effectively improving the carrying capacity and operational efficiency of the power grid; Strengthen the construction of emergency management system, implement 24-hour emergency duty system, ensure quick response and efficient disposal in case of power failure, and guarantee high-quality power service experience for users.

As of now, the State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company has completed night inspections of more than 120 power lines in Neixiang County, and identified and eliminated 7 safety hazards in electricity use. Next, State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company will continue to closely monitor weather changes, further optimize service processes, and ensure the safety and stability of the power grid during the autumn electricity peak.
