"Everything Pairs with Matcha": Chinese and International Chefs Unlock Endless Possibilities in Jiangkou, Guizhou

On September 6-7, the "A Hint of Verdant Green, A Myriad of Flavors" Guizhou Matcha × Sino-Foreign Regional Cuisine Creative Exchange was held in Jiangkou County, Tongren City. Four chefs from China, Italy, the Republic of the Congo, and Croatia gathered in the "Matcha Capital of China". Centering their creativity on Guizhou matcha, they explored the cross-border potential of "matcha +" through live culinary demonstrations and in-depth discussions, aiming to promote the innovative application of matcha in global food culture.
