Eating in Guangdong, Tasting in Chaozhou: 80+ Stalls at Paifang Street – Chaozhou Braised Goose IP Ignites Autumn Consumption Drive

On the evening of August 14, the launch ceremony of the 2026 Guangdong Autumn Consumption Promotion Week – "Eating in Guangdong, Tasting in Chaozhou" – and the "Yuewei 21 - One City, One Stop" Chaozhou Braised Goose IP project were held in Chaozhou. The ceremony was filled with highlights and fruitful outcomes, with the major release of the Chaozhou Braised Goose IP, as well as the list of star-rated catering establishments in Chaozhou and the official food map.

As a highlight of the promotion week, a 3‑day food carnival was held simultaneously at Paifang Street, featuring over 80 specialty food stalls. It brought together time‑honored brands and signature dishes from Chaozhou, Shantou, Shanwei, and Jieyang in eastern Guangdong, and set up a dedicated Chaozhou Braised Goose IP experience zone.
