This summer, persistent high temperatures in Huai'an have placed greater demands on the reliability and capacity of transmission lines. In response, State Grid Huai'an Power Supply Company mobilized its crews to work under extreme heat and recently completed the replacement of conductors on the 110kV Qingbo Line.

The 110kV Qingbo Line delivers electricity to multiple business districts and enterprises in Huai'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, playing a key role in supporting the city's economic and social development. The newly installed conductors, made with advanced materials and manufacturing technology, can significantly increase transmission capacity without adding new lines or taking up extra space, thus providing a more stable power supply for regional growth.
In addition, the upgraded line offers higher heat resistance, greater mechanical strength, and improved resistance to corrosion and aging. With a longer service life and lower maintenance needs, it reduces energy loss during transmission and cuts both operating and labor costs.
