On October 8, staff members from State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company carried out a comprehensive inspection of transformers and charging facilities at the State Grid charging station in the Sanmenxia Service Area along the Lianyungang–Khorgos Expressway, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the site.
During the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, an increasing number of travelers chose new energy vehicles, leading to a surge in charging station usage. To meet the growing demand, the company organized thorough inspections of the power facilities at local charging stations, focusing on the operational status of indicator lights, station bodies, and charging guns. Potential safety hazards were carefully identified, and electricity consumers were guided to promptly address any issues.
"I'd like to introduce the State Grid 'E-Charging' app," said a staff member to a car owner at the site. "When you need to charge, this interface shows the nearby available charging stations." The staff also promoted the app's one-click search feature, explaining how users can locate charging stations within a 50-kilometer radius and check the real-time status of charging facilities.
During the holiday, State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company strengthened inspections and patrols of charging stations and piles across its service area, closely monitored their operation, and deployed emergency repair teams for new energy vehicles to respond quickly to any faults. The company also carried out safety awareness campaigns in scenic areas and residential communities, creating a safer, more convenient, and greener travel environment for the public.
